Technology Special Feature:The membrane modules are considered with two types of membranes such as flat sheet membrane and hollow fiber membrane. The membrane module will be placed inside the bioreactor with the aeration control strategy applied. It is ease of maintenance and immersed in the biomass. It offers low energy costs and super flexibility of process operation.
It can be operated at high solids concentration and new low footprint treatment tank can be installed.At average flow conditions, the membrane system is designed to fully optimize energy consumption and can ramp up to deal with peak flow conditions with variable flow rate.No additional membrane is required to treat the high solid content in the reactor.It provides a high flux rate with minimal fouling oNo ‘back flushing’ system is lost from the system and is returned to the upstream process.
